My family ordered from here tonight. Everyone got pizza, but I'm allergic to tomatoes so I thought it would be a good idea to... get the Chicken Alfredo. The pasta that came was plain pasta with RED TOMATO SAUCE. It's called Chicken ALFREDO because of theALFREDO SAUCE and the CHICKEN. Not plain pasta with tomato sauce. Our order was made wrong. When speaking with the manager on duty they said to call back for a replacement when it was time.... Today I tried to get the pizzas. I was told that the other manager was fired and they couldnt honor his correction of our order.I was told to call back another day. Also, that it would be a waste of food, and the girl on the phone would get in trouble.Either way my previous order was wrong and as a manager myself I would do what was necessary to correct the issue. It?s a Dominos, they make pizza, wings, and an assortment of other food. While they have never gotten my order wrong, delivery... times tend to be unpredictable. Quickest way to get your pizza: call or order online then pick it up yourself. Save some money,gets you out of the house, etc. This location does support curbside pickup and they also have a drive-thru window, pretty neat. Read more
Tonight we ordered cinnamon bread twists with our order. They arrived and looked fine until we began eating them and noticed a... smokey smell/taste. I thought they were maybe burnt, but it didn?t take us long to realize there was HONEY BBQ SAUCE on ourcinnamon twists. Needless to say, we didn?t finish them and food was wasted. I have no idea how this mistake could happenwithout an intentional sabotage of our meal or a severe laziness and lack of quality assurance in the kitchen. I don?t know ifyou can tell from the photo, but it?s the glazed brown sauce. Please avoid this Dominoes location. I know that they typicallyhave decent food, but this one is consistently awful. Gave this dominos multiple chances everytime I order. Every pizza I order is alway sloppy af. This one is no where near a medium... I usually get at all! So pizza wasn?t done at all!! Called them and they responded by saying that we can pick another one up but I don?t live that... close. So she said that we can have credit , placed us on hold then she said that they can deliver it 20-25 mins ok that?s fine. One hour and 10 mins goes by , my husband called back and they keep hanging up the phone. I called from a different numberthey picked up!! Food is usually pretty good, but had a surly driver today. And I know she has delivered here before. I am on a secure campus... with a big warehouse, there are less than 10 of us here. Instructions say to call xxx when you get here. She sat outside bangingon the locked door.
