The mini is a very small sandwich, but a great idea for a quick small meal. It's very reasonable.
I ordered a pick up order for two giant sandwiches. One veggie, one italian. When I got home and opened my sandwiches, I... discovered that I only had cheese and onions on the veggie and there was only meat and cheese on the Italian despite bothsandwiches needing produce. What kind of joke is this? Nothing was said to me at the window about not having certain ingredientsfor sandwiches. i love this place but today i went and got a sandwich and completely forgot to ask for no mayonnaise. i felt so terrible, it was... my mistake after all. i told the girl working and she instantly offered to remake it for me and assured me it?s no problem. ifelt so bad but i am so thankful she was so kind and helpful. this place truly has never disappointed me! Ordered a wrap with "no mayo and no onions" at the drive-thru. Got home....wrap had mayo and onions. Ok, we'll call them. "If... you want to come back we'll give you a free replacement." Sooo...you're giving us a "free replacement" for something we alreadypaid for?? "Well, if you don't wanna do that we can just give you credit for the meal." So, you're giving us "credit" forsomething we already paid for?? I don't see how these options were even remotely helpful and appropriate to the immediateconcern...especially with today's "high" gas prices. The staff is BEYOND lazy. I ordered online and when I called the store about my order she said they were out of bread. She even... lied about calling me 3 times. This location needs to shut down ASAP. They give jimmy johns a bad name. They lied ???? aboutbeing out of bread because they close at 10:00. This all happened at 9:00. This has got to be the worst run franchise for jimmy johns. The employees are great. Fast, efficient, and polite. The manager... is the problem. The manager expects for these employees to run shifts on minimal staff and good intentions. Leadershipshouldn?t set they?re employees up for failure. Read more
