I would have given 1 star, but the customer service is decent. Like a previous review stated, the staff need to be trained on... how to appropriately make the smoothies. They use water because some of the smoothies are "so thick", but I don't want mysmoothie watery. It may be faster and more convenient for you as the employee to pour but I'm tired of having it remade just tobe disappointed still. I have given all the chances I can give. It is apparent that it just won't be done right at the ExchangeBlvd. location. Love the smoothies and the customer service is just as great! I had unknowingly ordered from the store on a night they closed... early due to water damage. There was some confusion about how to cancel the GrubHub order so I was given the phone number of themanager. She was so incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience despite the fact it was beyondher control. Went to Smootie King after a hard workout and might I just say that staff at Bethlehem off 316 is the greatest. This the young... lady taking my order was mindful, patient and gave me great recommendations. Not only that but paid attention to my two secondrant on my bad eating week and needing a healthy choice smoothie. Great customer service! This place is pretty good most of the time. I'd say 8 outta 10 smoothies are perfect, and I've never had an issue with customer... service. I go here at least 3 times a week and will continue to do so. The girls are always nice and pleasant. Read more
