The lady these morning was super bull face, angry, and unacomodating. My mobile order was semy put together, lettuce and tomato... were missing, no oil and vinegar was forthcoming. About 3 fingers at each en of the sandwich had no tuna just bread. Sad way tostart my morning. I love subway but after like 10 years of eating it 2 times a week, I am rethinking my live choices. Subway is a nice place to get a great fresh sandwich. The staff is always friendly and courteous.
Went in to get sandwiches and the employee's were eating in the back. The girl that came to help us wiped her nose on her arm... and hand. Then proceeded to help us! I politely ask her to wash her hands and the look she gave me was like I just killed hercat! She said something to the other employee then put on gloves to make an online order without washing her hands!! Needless tosay, we left! Never again will we go back! Read more
Horrible service. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The taller slim lady that took out order stayed talking on her ear... bud phone in another language the WHOLE time we were ordering. She wouldn't even make eye contact to let us know she was ready.When she did speak to us she was rude. It was such a weird experience. Will not be going back there. Read more
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have left maybe 4 reviews in my life and the people that work here are so incredibly... rude that I felt the need to leave one today. If you hate your job that much, find a new one!! If you are that mad at the world,figure out something that makes you happy and change things up for yourself. There is zero reason to be that hateful and rude toyour customers. If you are in customer service, you should try, just a little to use some manners. Maybe throw out a, thanks orhave a nice day. I always ate at this Subway and it was good. But there?s an employee that makes sandwiches while touching her face and clearing... her throat, and doesn?t wear a mask! I think considering that all Walmart employees have to wear masks, Subway should enforcethe same policy as Walmart stores. And there are flies everywhere. Read more
Everytime you order online to pick up here they never fix the sandwiches as ordered. They never put any condiments like... mayonnaise, no cheese just lettuce, tomato, nor send any packs with the order. They always leave out the chips but will tellyou everything is in the bag. When I've called to complain they just hang up on you. When you call back they want answer. Thishas happened on more than one occasion. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But after 3 times never will weorder from the Walmart Subway again. Read more
Placed an order online on 11/25/22. Arrived for pick up and the restaurant front door was locked. Knocked for several minutes on... the door and no one came to the door. Called 45 mins later when I received an email that my order was ready, I called therestaurant to receive a refund. Whoever answered the phone argued with me that they were open and then hung up on me. I calledback 2-3 more times and they wouldn't answer the phone. $9 sandwich that I couldn't pick up and they refused to give a refund.Don't waste your time with this place and just go inside the Wal-Mart to the Subway there.
