The ?manager? left the restroom door unlocked and I accidentally walked in on her. Once she returned to the work area she yelled... at me for not knocking on the door. I?ve never knocked on a door in a public restaurant before, people usually lock the doorwhen they are in the restroom. I asked to speak to the manager because she was yelling at me. She then informed me she was themanager. I then asked for a phone number for the owner she said it wouldn?t do any good unless I spoke Indian. Customer service is horrible. The guy who works in the evening only wants your money. Doesn?t care about customers. BTW check... coupons before check out. This isn?t an ITALIAN BMT. Read more

Their ratings say it all. Mid 3's for a reason. They lied and said subway doesn't offer sweet onion sauce anymore for a sweet... onion chicken teriyaki sandwhich. They lied to me about it directly and the subway next door has it. Read more

I went in once last week and this week. From now on this will be my go to subway. The staff was very clean and efficient and the... bar look fresh all the meats and veggies were crisp and the store was super clean. Employees were very friendly. My order was apriority to them and they talked to me the whole time. Very Good Experience. So worth it. Read more

I walked in like a usually do and the employees were eating lunch. That's fine I could've came later. One of the employees got... up to help me just for the manager to tell him to sit down and gave me such an obvious lie. He said the machines were down. Ifthe machines were down you wouldn't be open. And he had the nerve to say that when he had a fresh sub in front of him. I alwaysgo to that subway and this has never happened until now. Read more

Worst Subway customer experience I have had (and I used to manage one back in college!). Did online order and the three subs... were ready on time for pickup, ok. Got home and unwrapped them and two of the three were completely wrong in terms ofingredients ordered. Double checked my Subway app on phone and all the ingredients were on there... but not on the actualsubs. Further, the "Big Philly Cheesesteak" was more like a child's portion of not very warm meat. I get these regularly andknow how heavy they are supposed to be. My sisters turkey sub was heavier and bigger than this! See the picture. And to cap itall off, some guy from corporate named J***y sent me an email response to my "one-minute survey" saying that they don't alwaysget it right... but no offer to actually make it right or to replace the horribly wrong subs. Me thinks a credit card dispute isin order for "Goods Not Received". Dine here at your own risk. Read more
