I recently visited this Waffle House and I have to say it?s not as bad as others. They seems to always be packed which is a... testament in itself of their service. As busy as they were I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of their service as wellas the friendly and professional atmosphere of the staff. They were very organized and were getting orders out not just fast butcorrectly and delicious. The waffle I got was so fluffy and light, other places give me hard or crispy waffles. Hashbrowns were a little underdone, but otherwise fine. Everything else was great. Our server, Gina, was awesome. Super friendly... and attentive. Definitely a better Waffle House visit than others. This was my first time going to this location in nearly 20years and it's still pretty decent. Read more
If I could have left no stars I would have. There were more employees than I?ve seen at any other Waffle House in my area and... yet this place was filthy. We went in at 8pm on a Sunday and there was only one other person there and yet we had to find aclean table. The waffle station had globs of batter and cooked waffle bits everywhere.. the floors were disgusting, and with theexception of 1 employee in training, everyone seemed to be busier with chatting than cleaning.. I'm pretty much a regular for breakfast and the waitresses there are awesome. The food is always good but sometimes they would... over cook my bacon (I like medium bacon) or egg (I like over medium eggs) but that's mainly it for my food being wrong. Read more
Still 3 stars ??? after all these years. It goes from 3 to 3.5 for me. Bethlehem location is much cleaner and just as fast. The... Waffle House reminds me of the Winder Publix by Papa John's just down the road. Great potential, just.... not quite there. Solidmanagement would help here. Read more
When I went in and ordered it wasn't to slow or to quick. They welcomed us in like it was our new home, it also smelt delicious... as we walked in. The food looked appealing. I ordered hash browns with chili and a side of cheese with a plain burger. When Ifirst bit into the burger it wasn't to cold or to hot it was just right as if just in the center but more warm. The hash brownswith chili was perfect, I just wish they gave me more cheese. I didn't wanna bother them again. Read more
15 minutes before waiter even acknowledged us. Stacks of dirty dishes EVERYWHERE, waiter never came back, waiter and BOTH grill... operators left 1 waitress by herself in a FULL (4 empty seats) house, counters were covered in syrup, floors were greasy. I feltsorry for the waitress who was trying to take care of everyone, run register, bus tables, and do dishes. We were there 30+minutes and she was alone at least 25. In addition, waffle was burnt, patty melt had no onions and bread was thrown on thegrill dry, had to get up and get own mayo because waiter disappeared faster than a blink of the eye! Its waffle house....enough said. The server was super friendly and the service was really fast. Great food.
