Went through the drive-thru line. The food was yummy, but we were also 'starving', so it definitely hit the spot. Their spicy... chicken sandwich is my go-to and it did not disappoint. Considering how things are now, especially with food serviceestablishments (employee attitudes, lack of supplies, etc), our visit this time was really good. It can be hit-or-miss with thisand every other establishment around here, so having an experience that didn't cause Amy issues to arise for us was a welcomeand appreciated outcome. Read more
The Winder Wendy's is the BEST Wendy's location. Short wait time, friendly staff and the fries are always hot.
Tried the new french toast sticks this morning. They were horrible - cooked way to long - hard & had a burnt taste to them. Took... one bite & had to throw the rest away. Was unable to take them back because I had to get to work. But lesson learned - will notbe getting breakfast there again anytime soon!!! Read more

So, I plan to be critical with this review because it irritates me when fast food restaurants do this at a drive thru. With the... combo meals the person taking the order has been trained to ask you if you would like a small, medium, or large combo as threechoices optimizes the chance to sell more medium and large orders. I do not have an issue with that as that is a good salesstrategy to make more profit. As a consumer I am making the decision on the "quantity" based on how hungry I am. So, this is asymbiotic relationship. Where everything goes terribly wrong and buyers remorse kicks in is when the provider sells you a largebut does not deliver the "large" quantity. Honestly, this makes a consumer feel cheated and like they never want to return - asthey should. Imagine if you paid for premium gas and found out that you received regular. You would be upset. This large frylooks nothing like the picture on the windows of the restaurant or even the menu. This is ridiculous and should be correctedimmediately. Simply take a cutout of the fries on the menu and put it right above the area where the fries are made and put thewords "make the large look like this"... This is a terrible practice and needs to be fixed. Read more
