Straight to the point. Not fresh. Many of times might I add. Just today was the 4th time this month that my Big Zax Snax Meal... (probably the most basic meal on the menu) was full of soggy fries, burnt toast, and chicken that?s been under a heat lamp fortoo long. I ordered the traditional Wings & Things; it felt really light, unlike before. When I got home and opened it, it was very... pitiful looking. Three chicken fingers are the size of my thumb. The drums part of the wings are the size of my toe. I am 5 fttall and 120 lbs. Read more
My daughter works here. She loves her job, her managers, co-workers and her customers. She has shared with me on her experience... with customers whether good or bad everyone is treated the same. She has a natural to just keep Smiling. Ask for Warren orLauren if you have any issues. They are incredible people to handle your issues. Very sweet and kind people. Asked for a salad with no cucumbers or tomatoes and add fried onions...got tomatoes and cucumbers and literally 4 fried onions.... Also PLEASE stop putting hot food on top of my salad!!! I don't want to get sick from eating a warm salad!!! Read more
Decent service, and pretty quick. I do think the quality of Zaxby's overall has gone down in the last 15 years. I got a wings... and things plate, and the tenders were kind of pathetic. I don't blame this individual store; I think there are better optionsout there. Read more
I ordered on the mobile app and clicked extra seasoning and the fries came with no seasoning at all. i had 3 big zax snacks and... they all came like that. my family also ordered niblers and the toast was all burnt. am not satisfied with the way our food cameout and was given to us. Read more
