Numerous bad occasions have now resulted in me staying away from this location: 1. The drinks are never consistent. Whoever you... get to make them makes a completely different one to the next person. 2. I went in a few weeks ago and one staff member at thecounter talking to his friends. He took my order, then walked around to the front of the counter to his friends and begantalking and looking at social media stories! I had to go up to him and ask him to stop socialising with his friends and make mydrink. 3. I spent over $50 on Postmates for 3 smoothies plus tip/fee etc. I ordered healthy heart x 2 (a yellowy lookingsmoothie), instead I received two completely different red smoothies with beetroot in. I called them up to let them know that Iwaited over an hour for my smoothies and they mad the wrong ones. I was assured the owner would call me. Of course they didn?t,expectation that a bunch of kids takes all responsibility. Not the same level as other stores within this franchise. Hated. Absolute bummer of a place. Clean juice? Never tried it. I came here for the food with some family. Absolutely sucked. I... didn't even know you can make a bad sandwich! I ordered the egg salad sandwich, instead of mayo they use avocado, and on wheatgrain bread. The presentation was tremendously bad, the sandwich was dry and it looked like it got run over by a truck for $12for one sandwich! All sandwiches came out the same, at least a pickle on the side would've been nice! The employees all seem intheir teens, and definitely not friendly, I tried to interact to be nice bc I'm supporting local business but sheesh, at least afriendly "Hi" would've been appreciated! I have told so many to get food here because it is organic and fresh. However after today I'm done doing that. The service just... keeps getting worse and worse.... meanwhile the prices have gone up and somehow for less food than before. I ordered a Yummusbowl today and either the girl didn't know how to make it properly or management is choosing to decrease ingredients. I askedto have my order refunded because they forgot to ask if I was a rewards member and I wanted to put in my number. The kids didn'tknow how to do that and went to ask their manager... who never came out. I was told to just figure it out with the app. Justvery disappointed to have spent $27 for something that was maybe worth $15 at best and that the service is only getting worse.Too bad because it is a great concept and could be doing much better than it is currently. Edited to add: Just had the saladand on top of the ingredients being smaller portioned than previously... There was NO quinoa at all in this salad... Sodisappointed in this service the workers should be supervised more closely to see what they are doing and help them to not makethese mistakes given the expensiveness of the food here. Read more

My first experience with this Clean Juice was an odd one and today was no different. A few months ago when we stopped by one... morning we found the owner or manager and her employee locked out of the building an hour after they were supposed to be openand unsure of when someone would be coming with keys to open for them. Fast forward to this morning I chose to give them anothertry instead of going to my usual Winter Park location. Without even a hello from the young employee I had to proactively ordermy go to Glow One and was given a beverage so separated that it appeared to be days old - I was told "it's okay, that is whathappens when it sits there", problem was it had just been prepared. We ordered two items that included almond butter and it wasnot until the girls were making the items that they realized they had no almond butter. The smoothie we ordered was made withoutit and just given to us without letting us know they had left out an ingredient. When asking for a refund on the Apple Pie toast(since it could not be made without the almond butter) it induced an eye roll and a sigh. I have no desire to ever go to thisClean Juice again and will very gladly drive to Winter Park where they at least seem happy to see their customers and enjoytheir environment. Read more

Great customer service. Organic and healthy selection of food and drinks. I have tried Acai bowl- nutty bowl and berry bowl;... juices- sweet green and orange. I had strep throat-2 weeks ago and the 2 juices: orange and immune shot did wonders for myrecovery. Today, I ordered the longevity one and sweet green to go.
