Terrible! I will eat just about anything and literally spit out the first bite of my sandwich. The hashbrowns also tasted bad as... well...the Chai Tea was also only 3/4 full at best. I tried to call to warm management that something isn't right but phonenumber was disconnected...DD, you'd better get back on your game..probably won't be back for a long while! Read more
I don?t know what?s going on but literally takes 20 minutes per customer. It is not even busy and I know places are short... staffed but they have 2 people working at a slow time . I used to love stopping by every day but now I don?t have the patienceto wait 20 minutes for a bagel or donut . Management , talk to your team. Read more
Without fail, my coffee will always taste like trash the first time around. I always have to get them to do it again. I dont... know if its the manager telling the staff to use the water from the toilet to save water or the staff not doing a good job butits disgusting 90% of the time. Read more
Literally worst Dunkin ever. There used to be this sweet lady that worked there months ago and she was the best. Jersey accent.... I haven?t seen her in forever. Now they have a bunch of rude staff. To the incredibly rude white woman , if you ask me to pullforward after I only ordered one thing I?m pulling foward. It?s not my fault you didn?t let me finish my order. I never have agood experience here anymore and I?m surprised higher management hasn?t done a dang thing about it yet. It?s incrediblydifficult for y?all to do anything without a frown. This Dunkin is by far the worst one I?ve ever been to. The woman who was working the drive threw was beyond rude. When we pulled... up for our food and drinks, not only was the order wrong but she never gave us a receipt OR the food. We were told to pullaround and they would bring it out for us. About 15 minutes passed and still no one came out. We went inside to get the food andthey all didn?t know what we ordered. We had no receipt to show because the woman never gave us anything. Finally, 30+ minuteslater we got our food and obviously it?s not even editable. Do not eat here I worked here 3 days as a baker and quit after 3 day the guy that was training me would take raw eggs out of a... container and put other food in the container without washing it. I ask him what if they allergic to dairy. Seen him drop a panof muffins and pick them up so he would not have to bake more. I love Dunkin Donuts, but this branch in Windermere is horrible. How can you serve to your customers burned toast? Do you eat... those yourself? Please be better than that. I guess some of the workers have a bad day and takes it out on customers. And yournew veggie egg white bites must be so irresistible delicious that your employee ate one of mine, because I got only one of it. Ihope you enjoyed it. Read more
Quite possibly the worst I have experienced. One person working the cash register and making drinks. Waited like 30 minutes for... my order. He got it wrong, not surprising. I would have accepted it if it tasted good but the iced coffee was awful. If Americaruns on Dunkin?, it would close down immediately and never reopen. Really hope management reads this and contacts me. If myexperience is a benchmark, I?m guessing this will never happen. Read more
