My initial review when they first opened was a glowing five star. However, the three last times we have ordered for my child... with ARFID (huge struggle, gotta feed within a specific window, when it comes to her wrong it's too late) the order has beenwrong. I called and spoke to the manager, who was very busy and didn't really show that customer service empathy, or willingnessto do what he can (though he asked me what he could do as he seemingly was rushing the call- most would write the name down andoffer the messed up order for free next time). There is a huge difference between chocolate and vanilla. The manager didn't showempathy but offered some great advice, such as checking the no-contact doordash order and just going through them and using theworld definitely to emphasize how little he cares about those of us that have supported them from the time they opened. Checkmy reviews. 99% positive. Easy to please. Not happy with the rushed call to the manager. I should have known when I asked toplease speak to the manager and I was polite. To say otherwise would be very uncool bc anyone that would hear the call wouldknow I stayed far from a Karen. We are still allowed to go to the next step when the order is consistently wrong. I called, heanswers, "This is Jason. How can I help you?" I told him what was going on and he just repeated his name and said "how can Ihelp you?" As a professional familiar with basic customer service, a more appropriate response would be, "I'm very sorry to hearthat. Here is what I can do and in the meantime, I would suggest also contacting doordash since this has happened three timesnow." Except I put in the order the way it is saved. Not rocket science. I renege my former review. I hope one of my nearly27,000 readers can empathize a little. This review is for owners of this place. Nothing to do with employees. This place is under poor management we have waiting... almost 30-40 mins in line just to get some gelatos. There were only one single employee for first 15-20 mins and then secondperson showed up and she only took care app orders. Waiting and waiting and waiting. Around 20 people took like 40 minutes. Mysuggestion if it?s Friday night or weekend just put some more employee or raise the prices to compensate. Read more

Yummy! This Italian ice is delicious and if you want some extra creamy sweetness, add ice cream to it! Plenty of parking and... seating. I suggest that you bring some wet wipes, because you?re bound to get sticky! Read more

This place isn?t clean!! While eating my vanilla& mango gelati, i see there is black chunky particles in my cup! Absolutely... disgusting! Either the machines aren?t internally clean or proper cleaning is not occurring. So disappointing because I lovedcoming here!!
