"Fuzzy logic." Now you tell me how this makes sense: busy Friday night, waiting 30 minutes for an order, ok, that checks out.... But, upon the cheese pizza coming out of the oven they realized they had messed it up and had to remake the pizza. Sure,mistakes will happen, that's understandable, especially on a busy Friday. Where this adventure goes sideways is in this nextpart: "we messed up the cheese and have to remake it. But it'll be at the back of the line so it'll be at least 45 minutesbefore it gets into the oven." I actually had to confirm that statement twice I was so taken aback. That logic is unacceptable.Do better. You messed up a cheese pizza and then compounded the problem 10 fold with whatever that failure in thought processingwas. Maybe their food is good, no idea, I left. Other than stressed out by high volume they seemed like nice people at least, sothere's a plus. Read more
