First time getting good here through the drive-thru. They didn't only screw up my order and put sour cream on it when I asked... them not to due to an allergy, but insult to injury my card was duplicated and had an fraud on my account. Only place I used thecard and wasn't in my possession. Called to talk to the manager about it, and he said he don't believe his staff would do thatbut he will call me. No call. Unfortunately I made a mistake picking up my food, I paid and left. I went back for my order and the lady was upset and called... me stupid to my face. Everyone deserves respect. It's not that hard to be nice at work. I hope the manager does something aboutit. Don't come to this place you deserve better service. Read more
This location disappoints regularly...not necessarily for the food...but for their common sense (or lack of). Over the past year... I've had 3 occurrances that could have been avoided. First, driving by, seeing the open sign with people inside getting out ofcar...to have doors locked 30 minutes early to close time..what gives..it's fine, if maybe you shut the brighter lights and turnoff the neon. Next, pulling into drive (or going in) trying g to order and finding out...they are out of half themenu..literally half..I guess the tortilla delivery was late. Finally, pulling into the drive through, ordering...and then theysay "cash only please..no credit cards". Ok, so for whatever reason, no cc's, fine....but put a sign up prior to me pulling intoyour single lane blocked in by a curb drive through. I had no cash, and still had to wait about 10 minutes to get out. So whenyour dog says "Yo queiro Taco Bell" let hom know it looks like a pizza night. Read more
Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and there was MAYBE 1 Tablespoon of meat on the entire thing. It was basically just a pile of chips.... This is unacceptable. I used to love this location. It needs help. Read more
Went to the Taco Bell that has a Pizza Hut connected to it on,7970 Winter Garden Vineland Rd & Reams Rd., Windermere, FL. We... went to the Pizza Hut first due to we had just had Mexican. They weren't due to close for another 10 minutes, the door was openbut the manager said he wouldn't serve us cause they already started breaking down even though they had customers in therewaiting for pizza. I've worked in restaurants all my life and always allow guests in to order till closing time. I'm verydisappointed in Pizza Hut. As we were moving to the Taco Bell drive-thru a Pizza Hut employee came out the back and apologizedto us & told us normally they would serve us but the manager working that night always stops serving early. So we get to theTaco Bell drive-thru order board and the guy taking orders tells us their system is down we need to place a mobile order. Wedrive thru try to order but it wants us to pay with debit or credit and we only had cash I called the restaurant tell theemployee that answers who we are that he just talked to us about placing the mobile order but we only had cash. He said noproblem come back through the drive-thru. These guys were Great cause they were getting all the people Pizza Hut wouldn't serveand even with the down system they handled business. The staff working late night, we were there at 1a.m. Saturday July 30th,2022 are an asset to the Taco Bell Company and should be recognized for Excellent Customer Service. Order inside & waited 30 minutes inside for food. Only like 5 cars went through the drive thru during that 30 minutes. They made... a bunch of giant orders for them & uber eats orders even though we were the only ones there. Then tell us they are very busywhen they have a full staff. Once again disappointed by taco bell... Second time, and different location that has forgotten my chips and cheese. Also, the... tacos were very disappointing. The lack of every thing on them was crazy. (this has never happened before) It was basicallyjust a shell. Usually they are stuffed. Overall, very upset. Read more
I trust this Taco Bell location, although it's not perfect. Better than many and i hope they keep improving
