Went inside to place an order for sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, as they begin my order another order came in thru drive... thru. They received my order and I was requested to make a substitute for my order. I requested refund instead as $5 for myoriginal order and I can?t even get what I requested cause drive thru takes priority. Read more
Received 1/2 bagel instead of a whole one. Looks like this bagel was destined for trash instead of take out.
The ladies that work here are nice enough, but I think it's physically impossible for them to get an order right. I usually am... not picky but I had to get my drink remade twice and it was still wrong so I just gave up. I go here everday early in the morning before work at 5:00, 5:30. The 3rd shift man is amazing!! Great service!! The manager is... also there sometimes and she is amazing too, they are quick and always get my order right. Very friendly. I go out of my towork just to go this one. Trust me and go here???? Would give zero stars if I could..never had a problem but lately the employees are always rude horrible costumer service. One... time I didn?t even get a word said to me while I was at the window. Went through drive-thru got a donut when I took the donut out of the bag there were teeth marks on top in the frosting. When I... called back talked to a manager was told probably was from a machine said no it is exactly identical marks after I made somewith my own teeth , told them to check your donuts that are there manager acted like no big deal and when I said I will not comeback didn't even try to convince me to be a customer.
