Been eating italians for years and moved out of state, looking forward to one. It was terrible. Ive decided it was the bread, it... had crust on both sides and ruined the taste. Stopped today for lunch. Pazzo bread from the warmer was great! Grabbed a moon sandwich from the cooler. Sandwich was 2 days old... after noticing the tag on it..after i started eating it....cheese was melted and roll was soggy..the sandwich immediately wentinto the trash.... Read more

We had a family day at the lake, and we ordered three sandwiches from this location. In fact, none of the sandwiches came as... ordered, but two of them were decent enough to eat. Upon realization, the third sandwich was not at all what she ordered, andcalled the store to see what could be done? the worker replied ?well im sorry?? very rudely, and ?next time you come in just askfor a store credit? very dryly. This place is awesome!! I frequent this establishment because I work just down the street from it and i can promise you that you... will always have a great meal if you eat there!! The store managers and staff are more than excellent, they actually rememberyour name and treat you like family!! The food is always fresh, on point and portions are more than fair!!
