Customer service is good, though overall management seems to be lacking, as I regularly see only one person working, even during... busy hours. Obviously service suffers greatly when you allow the business to stay open under staffed; usually great, but beprepared to roll the dice on cold food and burnt coffee when under staffed. Read more
