I'm not super super picky, but when the cleanliness of an establishment leaves me feeling nauseated, that's not a me issue. I... couldn't find a clean surface. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned off, and there was still stuff stuck to it after he"cleaned" it, there was food on the floor, there was food on the counter around the soda machine and where the cutlery is kept,and then befind the counter is a nightmare. And they weren't understaffed (there was at least one guy standing around doingnothing) and it wasn't busy! It was super disgusting. Read more

Don't bother getting veggies on anything because they apparently won't make more when they are out for the day. Its happened to... us more than once at this location. I've never had that happen in other chipotle locations before. They would always ask if ididn't mind waiting for a new batch. If there was a no star option I would have chosen that. Read more
The staff was very nice. The place was also really clean. It was about 7:45 on a Monday night and they were out of just about... everything. I did a steak bowl and got about 1/3 of a cup of steak for my 10 bucks and the guacamole looked old, but tastedfine but that was an extra 2.50 and I knew that. We decided to give Chipotle the benefit of the doubt despite the reviews here and ordered online for delivery via GrubHub. What... a waste of time and money. The portions were about half the size (or less) we?ve gotten from other Chipotles (both in Maine andaround the country), ingredients were left off every item, and our food was unusually salty. The food had a LOT more(non-salty) flavor than the other recently-opened Tex-Mex spot in town, though, so I?ll give it one more shot in person. Ordered 2 burrito bowls to pick up. Got home and both were completely wrong. Like totally wrong starting with the wrong meat.... Had to drive back to have them remade. Not happy but the man did apologize about 6 times. I didn't cause a scene. I just waitedfor the remake and said thank you. I won't be ordering from them again. Since moving to Windham and ordering from them about 5times now, they've only gotten my order correct once. Not good odds and for the money it's not worth the headache. Read more
