I?m editing my review and putting it back to 5 stars because an employee named Dylan was very kind and quick to address my... issues and has completely fixed the problem to where I can now get my coffee when I need it. My husband and I appreciate youDylan. Dylan definitely deserves a raise. I usually love this location, and left a great review before. I sadly had to deletemy good review due to the night manger, Chris. I order the same thing almost every night at about the same time, 2 frozencoffees, and for over a year it has never been a problem until now. My husband and I came to this location about a week ago, 20minutes before they closed and asked for 2 frozen coffees, Chris said it?s their new ?policy? that they can?t make frozencoffees 20 minutes before closing, okay that?s weird, but whatever we will come earlier. Last night, we came 25 minutes beforeclosing and I?m assuming Chris wasn?t there because they made our frozen coffees no problem. So tonight we come 30 minutesbefore closing time and CHRIS says he can?t make them THIRTY minutes before closing. Like dude you said 20 minutes before, nowit?s 30 minutes? Plus the other employees literally made them last night no problem. We also heard him tell another customerbehind us in the drive-thru that they can?t make lattes either. This is ridiculous and just plain laziness. I will be contactingthe district manager because he?s turning money away from this business because he?s too lazy to make people?s drinks. Read more
Worst place to go. Worst. Mangment. This place needs to be shut down they don?t know to the clean the frozen coffee pitcher or... anything at all just got left go Becase stay intell 1 hr past close to pick up everyone stuff from all day with no help. Thought the male manager working mornings/ training the trainees was absolutely horrible. Grabbed cups/ coffees out of their... hands aggressively along with pushing past them. If you don?t have the patience to train people you probably shouldn?t workcustomer service. Feel bad for those kids, next message will be to HR. Read more
Poor customer service. Staff is ridiculously rude making snarky comments when I returned a latte with burned expresso and no... sugar which had taken 15 minutes to get through the drive through. Unbelievable. ???? Read more
50 50 chance they can't make the drink you want for some reason. Machines broken? Drive thru is so packed and you can be stuck... waiting for 25 minutes without any way to get out of line if they can't make your drink. Read more
Absolutely poor customer service skills experienced with an incredibly rude worker. Apparently it's my fault in the drive... through for no greeting having come through the speaker. I was kind to start but quickly lost patience due to her tone. I hopethis was just an off day for the worker. Avoiding until I hear back. Have a great 4th of July weekend. Read more
I love coffee ! And every time I go here it's always great! But today may 30 at 830 am was amazing! I got the frozen mocha... coffee and the lady at the counter made it look so pretty and it tast amazing ! I had a rough start to the day and it reallychanged my mood this morning! Any business that let's their employees touch your foot with contaminated hands after handling money doesn't get my return... business. Ended up throwing the donut away. Know some times it get busy, that's no excuse. Use a napkin. Read more
