We drove 1 hour to get KFC because we no longer have one close to us & had a mad craving. Although the lobby was closed we were... able to pick up our to go order through the drive through. The restaurant was most likely understaffed but still got our LARGEorder to us in a very friendly & timely fashion. Some other vehicles were clearly annoyed at the wait time through the driveup. Disgusting customer service from these employees, I stopped by to pick up an online... order and I was ignored for 15 minutes, i then called the store and while I was talking the guy that answered hung up on mesince I guess he didn?t feel like doing his job. I don?t understand why you work there if you are going to do nothing at workand give your customers this horrible experience.
