We drove 1 hour to get KFC because we no longer have one close to us & had a mad craving. Although the lobby was closed we were... able to pick up our to go order through the drive through. The restaurant was most likely understaffed but still got our LARGEorder to us in a very friendly & timely fashion. Some other vehicles were clearly annoyed at the wait time through the driveup. Ordered online went to pickup they said we don't have what u want!!!!!! After I drove 15 min And on the app said your order... ready for pickup?!!! And they ended up giving me the rest of the chicken cold And not fresh at all !!! Read more

Tried KFC once again. 7:15 pm. Guess what? Once again no chicken. They say they are open until 11pm but they do close at 9pm... due to staffing. I understand that but no chicken 2 hours before close? Out of chicken at 8:30 pm. They had 1 drumstickavailable and no other chicken. Read more

Yes ma'am! Very pleased. I tried the beefy melt burrito (or however its titled lol) soooo good omg. Makes up for the cheesy... double beef being discontinued again. Crunchy red tortillas help the consistency of soft rice, cheese, sour cream, beef. It'struly amazing for $2. Wow. We did have to go back around the drive thru to get our extra potato and side of gravy, but it wasworth it. 100%. Thank you! Read more
If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Disgusting customer service from these employees, I stopped by to pick up an online... order and I was ignored for 15 minutes, i then called the store and while I was talking the guy that answered hung up on mesince I guess he didn?t feel like doing his job. I don?t understand why you work there if you are going to do nothing at workand give your customers this horrible experience.
