Maybe it's new to me or maybe this is something just the employee does, but the entire order was read back to me before going me... my items. I went through the drive thru with my kids and my son only likes plain hamburgers with ketchup, so I was happy theorder was read back or he would have ended up with a cheese burger and ketchup. Anyone with kids or allergies or just generaldislike or certain foods knows how quick a mood can change when you drive off with a messed up order! I did notice it was wrongbut nice they read it back to me before I even mentioned it. Read more

This is actually a 0 star review. Ordered on the app, pulled up with a HUGE line, gave them code and was charged. Waited in line... for 15 minutes and had to leave as I was going to miss a ferry to get to where I was going. Was charged for my order, didn?treceive anything, and had to listen to my crying baby in the back seat the entire time. Looked in the window and saw a bunch ofkids fooling around. Went through the drive through, went to left lane and had 4-5 others cars come through the right side before we were helped. We... ordered the egg and sausage biscuit, which doesn?t come with cheese; they asked if we wanted to cheese and we said no, it stillcame with cheese. Went back in to exchange it, waited in the line only to hear them tell another customer they were out ofmuffins and biscuits and could only do a burrito. So I scrapped off the cheese with a napkin and left, never even being asked ifsomething was wrong. I normally don?t complain on these things, however the last time we were inside, trash cans were overflowing and napkins were empty, they were not busy and the kid at the register was just standing around, and even worse themanager was sitting at the table on his laptop not noticing any of it. I love their ice coffee.. I ask for a large, black , NO ice and have them put creamers on the side. I usually have it for next... day ( OR put a cup of it in freezer and it's really cold in hour or so) and fix it the way I want...half of it for one day, theother half for the next! Then it isn't watered down.! Best way to have it !! Read more
Ordered a 10 peice nugget from this place got only six in a 10 peice nugget box, I?m pretty sure we all learned how to count in... pre school, hire better staff and not idoits and junkies off the street. Never coming here again Read more
