Normally I love Taco Bell but today was just terrible. After receiving my order I got the wrong meal, and was also missing a... quesadilla. I drove back to get my food remade, I waited 20 more minutes for my food only for them to forget the quesadillaagain. Wasn?t about to wait another 20. Unsatisfied and the manager was very rude. App was not on to order for pick up as advertised on door, dining room was closed due to low staff, but there were 6 staff and... all were standing around on cell phones or chatting with each other, drive thru line was wrapped building to street causingtraffic and we waited 30 minutes to order. I was given a Mac and chicken bowl instead of chicken and a side of Mac n cheese asI ordered and told I was not allowed to eat in the dining room even though there was no outside seating. We sat and ate nextdoor at DQ where there was the same amount of employees working and their dining area was open and full with 2 cars in drivethru line. Read more
The taco bell food tasted old and tasted like pit chemicals in itm I will be taking it to a lab now to see what's in it. People... may go to jail for a while for this. And there will be a lawsuit against the franchise. Read more
Only reason I?m giving a star at all is because I have to? literally didn?t get half my order after being told they ran out of... chicken? I didn?t know until I got home which is over 15 minutes away and I called 5 times before somebody answered. I wastrying not to be rude until the female who answered got rude and disrespectful to me. By the end of it we were both yelling buther customers service skills were so poor, should not be customer service. Will be going to speak with a manager tomorrow andasking for a full refund. Ordered a Mexican pizza, it ended up getting me sick as a dog. I should have known not to eat it because the she'll tasted like... it was cooked in rancid oil. I had no more money for food so I had to take what I got. Diarrhea and nausea all night because ofthis garbage. They are not a clean/safe Taco Bell I highly recommend going to another one. The date is November 22nd, I savedpart of the Mexican pizza in my freezer to get it tested in case I get more sick than what I already am! Read more
