I prefer going to Wendy?s when I?m busy and want fast food their hamburgers, in my opinion, are the best of all fast food places... and there are no long lines and they go quickly. The Windham, Maine location totally rocked the customer service. There was a wait time due to staff shortages, but it didn't... affect their attitudes. Whomever was on drive up spoke clearly and repeated the order for accuracy. Directions on where togo were direct, bit friendly. There was a lot going on, so whoever was on duty on Mon, 5/30 at 6pm did an amazing job. ???? The staff on 8/23 at 1pm did a great job. Personality on the speaker to place the order. Came to pick up my mobile order and parked at the blue signs that say "mobile order pick up". I called after I hadn't seen... anyone and was told I had to go through the drive thru and they don't know why they have those signs. Read more
Girl who looks like Wendy needs to fix her attitude along with the girl handing us our food. When we got to our window the girl... taking our cards looked confused as I told her which cards are for certain orders (which we specified as we were ordering). Assoon as she left wendy look alike appeared saying ?next time you order you should let us know that you are placing two separateorders or it will mess up our system.? Usually I would be more understanding, but it was said with such an attitude following adirty look that was incredibly unnecessary. Do better! Read more
We Made two separate orders and last minute asked if I could change the first order and red haired woman went ??.suuuure? in the... most sarcastic condescending attitude. She then aggressively asked ?do you want anything else?? And told us our totals would begiven when we got to the window. Then the woman who handed us our food and took our cards was also very aggressive and rudeduring this interaction as well. Read more
Just picked up a mobile order: 1. Didnt give me a straw for my drink; 2. No sauce for the fries even though i had specified... ketchup in the order; 3. They didn't add the vegetables i requested either. This location has been messing things up quite a lotfor the longest time. Read more
It was a month or so ago but I was ordering and my partner changed her drink last minute and I felt bad so I was like I?m so... sorry and the girl taking my order said ?I feel like you?re not but okay? honestly thought she was talking to someone else. WhenI realized she was talking to me I thought she was joking and started laughing. When I got up to the front I saw her and I waslike ?you really had me nervous there I thought you were really upset!? And she said ?I WAS upset I already made your drink butit?s okay if it was me I wouldn?t be sorry? and she thought she was so funny she was laughing back and forth with someone in theback like ?well she asked so I told the truth.? The manager was the one giving me the food and we both quietly agreed sheshouldn?t be working in service. The funny thing is I really was sorry I even shot my partner a look for changing her mindbefore I told her because I work in service also? but I?ve also had objects and food thrown at me and managed to keep my cool.She was obviously young so she will learn that someone changing their drink is the absolute least of her worries.
