Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Highly recommend this location over any others! As soon as I came to... the counter the lady was super friendly and humorous, and the staff was kind enough to give me extra creams and milk on the sideof my hot tea as well as an extra bacon wrap at no extra charge. My bagel wasn?t cooked enough even when I asked for toasted. Coffee tastes like river water and I don?t think they understand... what regular in a coffee means been there a few times and it?s been bad each time never going again if your in the area I wouldrecommend literally anywhere else!! I wish I could put five negative stars on it, it?s located five blocks from me and I have to go to other places for my... breakfast. Every time you order a latte comes Regular( charge latte price though) 6 times, not a mistake! I guess they aremissing management. Read more
If there was the slightest possibility to give this place a 0 star I would. The women with the reddish blonde hair that takes... your order is one of the ruddest human beings Ive met. 3 times now Ive had her be incredibly rude to me through the drivethrough. While ordering she said "is that it?" And I thought she had said is that it, for my coffee order and I responded "yesbut can I get.." she immediately snapped back with "SO CLEARLY THATS NOT IT." Today I stopped again. She kept repeating "is thatit? Is that it? Is that it?" After ordering 3 things off the menu. This place clearly has poor customer service. This is a the friendliest Dunkin Donuts in this area. Never have a problem with my orders. Will only go to this one. The... employees make the place. One bad employee and it changes. If you dont like people don't work there. Read more
