Awful customer service. We stopped by this morning, thinking we would support a local business and try out a new donut place. We... walk in, start ordering a dozen donuts, and the woman serving us was so rude! She was making faces at us and as we had smallkids with us they were looking over their options. They didn't take very long but once or twice they changed their minds overwhich donut they wanted and under her breath she kept whispering "oh, COME ON". We were in and out, no more than five minutes.She just plain out was angry and rude towards us. When we went to leave, she turned to the next people in line and immediatelyapologized because we were "taking so long to order". The donuts weren't all that great either, they were pretty dry,unfortunately. All in all, we had a pretty unpleasant experience and will not be making another purchase there again. Read more
Paid for extra bacon and got maybe 2 slices of microwaveable bacon. Not cool. Even Dunkin? Donuts uses more bacon than these... lazy cheapskates. Read more
I used to love this place but the last 3 times I visited, they were sold out of cheese danishes even as early as 7:00 a.m. in... the morning. I was told that they do not recook sold out products during the day. Very disappointing. Read more
