Accept for a few minor little bugs the food was delightful and drinks and service wonderful. My highlight was spending with my... family. My daughter-in-law 2 be same namesake suggested the pulled pork mac n cheese and I suggested the server the ladies whoworked there standing directly behind me to kiss ???? the cook. The male server was quite pleasant mentioned he reminded me of afriend of the family. I totally look forward to going again well worth the trip to the one in Windham area. The ladies in frontgreeted us graciously too. The ambience is unique felt like in a deluxe log cabin with stone fire ???? place was so unique. Mybrother and I was identifying the thing you beat linen with at front door and we later identify the ???? pulley thing to man theland as farmers used back in the days. Definitely ???? recommend it. There was a station which was odd called cheese andcrackers and the bread basket nice hot rolls and mini spice cake with creamy butter was pleasant ???? yummy looking forward togoing again. Read more
This place is great, so glad we decided to come here after our golf outing. The food is delicious and the service is top notch.... Huge selection of beer and great menu with American & Seafood favorites. Wait staff was great, very attentive and friendly. Themanager comes by to check on the tables as well. I recommend the lobster corn chowder and the Pot Roast dinner. Read more
I'm really not sure why this place has such good ratings. It's nice they offer a cheese table. The rolls were tasty and then it... all went down hill with our meals. I asked for my steak medium well when I got it it was rare blood was oozing out of it. I sentit back with my rice and green beans. They brought it back and it looked like it was just seared in the middle because it wasstill bleeding on both sides. Not only that but some how my rice turned into mashed potatoes. We had a very nice lunch at the common man. This serve yourself water and crackers were a real treat. Great prices and a... friendly waitress made for a great time and nice lunch with the family. We weren?t there more than an hour and we got out ofthere for 48 bucks. Read more
I really love the Common Man experience and have enjoyed dining at their Lincoln and Merrimack NH locations. This was my first... visit to Windham and although the experience was nice it wasn?t like my visits to the other locations. The upstairs had all thecasual dining areas closed although tables were open. We ended up downstairs and although I requested fireplace seating whichthey had they placed us in an area convenient for the staff. The free appetizer area was a fraction of what I?ve experienced atthe other two locations and although I?m not a big partaker of this area it?s always a nice feature to see. The food was wellprepared, my boyfriend enjoyed red pepper and sweet corn ravioli while I enjoyed a chicken Cesar salad. We shared a fudgebrownie sundae for dessert(sorry no picture) which was decadent. Our waitress Jess was a sweetheart and although new did an A+job. Read more

Excellent experience in all ways! Ambience is super cozy, perfect for the rainy day we had, food was incredible. Was a bit of a... wait for the food, but didn?t feel like it as we were provided such delicious garlic dinner rolls and some crackers and cheesedip. Lobster corn chowder (as pictured) was great and filling. Our server was very kind as well. Highly recommend this placeif you are driving down the highway and looking for a stop to eat! Read more
Incredible home-style eatery run by an extraordinary group of Common Man Family members. I've been here three times, and each... time the food and ambiance have been excellent. On Fridays and Saturdays, prime rib is frequently offered on a first-come,first-served basis. I ate prime rib with vegetables and potatoes. It is not feasible to give a rating of 10/5, but this locationmerits it! Read more
