Great service nice,polite and respectful. Sandwiches that lady prepared for us was really tasty all ingredients were fresh.

Stopped here on our way back to Minneapolis and I was so impressed with the staff! It was very busy and the three guys behind... the counter were working their butts off! One of them even had to keep wiping the sweat off of his brow! The young man at thecash register was so sweet and kind! Great job guys and manager of this location!! Read more

4/28/22 Arrived and there was 5 people ahead of me. The guy working asked his female Co worker, multiple times to come out and... help him. She came out, rolled her eyes and went back to the back. Shame on her for her terrible behavior in front ofcustomers. The guy did a great job for how busy it was and no help from his co worker. People were showing up and walking outbecause of the wait time. At least 6 people walked out while I was waiting. Not the young man's fault. He deserves a raise. I feel like it's bad management. Let's make subway great again!!!! Read more

Poor management. As of late, I had grown to enjoy the convenience of the Curb Side ordering via their app and website. ... Recently however, there was an incident where I ended up waiting for my curbside pick up for over 30 minutes because of an errorwith their system. I stepped inside to reinquire about my order and they said they never got a notification. Fine. Thingshappen. I requested they remake the sandwich to which they did. The manager or supervisor was pretty heartless about thesituation upon learning about what had happened and offered no reparation or even so much as an apology. Today, I visited toorder in store, the first time I had revisited since the incident. However upon recognizing me, the same manager offered me asnyde snarky remark about ordering in this time. I maintained my smile and left without a confrontation or altercation. I willnot be eating here again for a while and I recommend others consider other options. I was a regular here and things have beengreat for years but this new management or supervisor is rude and does not value you as a customer. Read more

Worst service I?ve ever had!! I understand you?re short staff and maybe had a rough day, but that doesn?t give you the right to... treat someone in a rude way.. I walked out and NEVER walk out. I think that?s disrespectful for someone to do, but to ignore andbe that rude to a customer. I never said one mean or rude thing and dude it?s your job.. I worked in the food industry also. Iget it. It?s hard, but that was the worst/rudest service I?ve ever had!! Hope you have a better day and never treat someone likethat again. Tammy.. worst employee ever.
