Only not getting 1 star because the bathroom was squeaky clean. Service was beyond slow, waited almost 30 minutes for my food. I... ordered a sausage egg & cheese McGriddle with a hash brown and an iced coffee. They brought me a hot coffee. I was so frustratedI gave the coffee to another patron and just left. I just went through the drive-thru And I always hit this McDonald's up because it's near my house. This time was pretty bad... though. I got berated by the guy taking my order because I wasn't ordering fast enough, but then again I have to remember thisis McDonald's and I shouldn't expect much lmao. A handful of employees here can't read english, therefore your order is frequently incorrect and you get whatever is sitting on... the hot slot. Healdsburg McDonalds is better. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's ever.. They claim to be open 24 hours, but we have gone there how many days around 11am thru 4am... and were told they aren't able to take orders because of a system reset. How long does the reset take? Read more

HORRIBLE!!!! Ordered on app. When I went to the restaurant. They couldn't find the order! Wasted 20 minutes.. had to reorder..... and wait again. Not only that, the order disappeared from my app.. losing the reward that I wanted to use! So now my rewards aregone even though I didn't get to use it.. Lots of Wasted time.. By far the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. Only issue is that the employees are not all in sync with the specific offers... available and sometimes have issues scanning the mobile app deals. The play area for kids is very impressive because every timeI have visited it is extremely clean which is unusual for anywhere but specifically a place serving food. Read more
Got scammed by the idiots that hardly speak any English, don?t go here drive another 7-8mins and go to the in Santa Rosa. Messed... up my order and I had to wait 20-25mins just to get the screwed up order. Read more
