Drive through got to pay window and they said they didn?t have my order and stood there and didn?t retake my order.

Ismael took my order and served my food. It's hard to describe how impressive this young man was in the short time of me getting... fast food but my order was slightly complicated and he handled it with such ease and kindness. You have to have exact money or use credit card. They no longer make taco salads. They stated they were unable to speak with... their manager or make any suggestions such as putting a sign out front that you have to have exact change or use a credit card.I had to wait for 3 people to leave the line and hold up 3 other customers while waiting to leave. I'm not planning on goingback and will pass on my experience with taco bell. You have lost a good customer. The policy of not being able to speak withtheir manager should be followed up on. It started off bad. But when I called and talked to the manager Brandy. She quickly resolved and neutralized the situation right... Away. I appreciate her professional response to the situation. Thank you Brandy! Went back again.. And AGAIN THE SAME BADEXPERIENCE!! Went Through the drive-through and the attendant did not know what boxes they had.. she said that they only hadone which was $11.19.. asked her to check the machine cause last time they said there was only one Box and it wasn't true therewas 3 boxes so I asked her to check the system.. she rudely said nope just 1 Box was all they had.. so I didn't order and backedup out of driveway... I Called to talk to the supervisor which was Tyler and he gave very bad service also. But I was RIGHT! There was more than one Box! I told him that he should train his attendants to know what is on their menu. he said we do atraining every time new Items come out. I said well, she wasn't aware of it , she said there was only one Box and again thatwas not true...he himself didn't even know!! He thought is was just one Box too!! But I asked him to check!! And there were 2different boxes at different prices!! this is the 2nd time this happened!!!! he said ok. And that's it !! Horrible service allaround!! Never going to taco bell again!! Read more

Employees were really cool at this Taco Bell. They didn't quite get my order correct, but it was cool. Food was pretty amazing.
