The beef was undercooked. The sesame chicken tasted like orange chicken. The chicken tasted like actual good chicken, but I was... dissapointed because i wanted sesame chicken. They must not really know how to make sesane chicken sauce. The egg rolls weresoggy on the inside. The waitress was sweet. Read more

We ordered the Kung Pau Chicken (with extra Thai chili peppers) and the Broccoli Beef/Lo Mein Combo (which came with a side of... rice, hot & sour soup, two cream cheese wontons, and a vegetable spring roll). The portions were large and the food wasexcellent! We had a few specialty instructions like "add extra chili peppers" and they let us know that they had read the notesand accommodated us. Best Chinese takeout in Windsor! The only thing that could use some work was their sweet & sour sauce. Ithad a nice ginger flavor to it which was great, however the consistency of it was too gelatinous and thick. Read more

I read the reviews before I left home to join 2 friends for lunch. The mixed reviews were startling. Yet Everything was great.... They have a special lunch menu. There was a variety to choose from. My shrimp with vegetables was yummy. Service was excellent. Iced tea was good and refilled. They seem to care about their customers. One of my friends accidentally left something behindin her seat, and they brought it to us outside where we were talking. Read more

I am so sorry to have to do this, but this some of the worst food I've ever had in my life! Not just Asian food, but overall. I... am disappointed, because I spent over $30, and was looking forward to some good Chinese food for my dinner tonight after a longweek. I passed up two other good Asian places in my hometown, to try Asian Pearl, since it is on my way home and I could run inand grab it. We got cashew chicken, and it was basically the same breaded chicken used in orange chicken and sesame chicken, but with some cashews added. It was soggy, and had that consistency that leftover Chinese food gets after it's been sitting inyour fridge for a few days. We ate the cashews and chestnuts out of it, and left the chicken. We also got the beef withvegetables, and it was 100% inedible. We took a bite of both the veggies and meat, and couldn't eat anymore. I can't evenexplain how awful the beef was. We chucked the ENTIRE thing out. The fried rice was the only edible thing out of the entiremeal. Needless to say, I do not recommend and will not be back. I attached a picture of my beef and veggies. It was borderlinegrotesque. Read more

The best Chinese food in town. They are large portions so be prepared. A little more pricey but it is good. And it smells great... and the building is nice. The customer service we got there was great. They went above and beyond to make sure we all got whatwe wanted and continuously checked on our table. Read more

PHOTOS INCLUDED... I ordered Egg Foo Young and I received 1 single Egg pancake with an enormous bowl of gravy with an abundance... of large rubbery canned derived mushrooms. The pancake was more like cornbread and to my surprise didn't appear to have any eggat all. It was very dense, clearly made with flour and terribly bland. I called Asian Pearl thinking they mistakenly didn'tinclude 2 more pancakes and I was told that how they serve it. Most businesses are struggling during the pandemic but I feellike I've been cheated. I also ordered Pad Thai and it tasted nothing like Pad Thai and was bland in general. There were soggyveggies in it with a sweet sauce. No one would eat it Finally I got Orange Tofu. It was fried tofu in sweet and bitter orangesauce. The dish had a large burnt, black orange peel sitting in it with burnt red peppers in it. The spring rolls were ok. Ifeel cheated paying for disgusting cheap ingredients with very poor food preparation. Without hyperbole, this is be far theworst Chinese I've ever had. Mostly inedible. I strongly recommend not patronizing this place for a strong risk of annoyance anddisappointment. Read more

The older Chinese waiter was rude. The table he sat us at, was already set for 2, but we needed 4, so he picked up 2 napkins and... forks from another table and just dropped them in the middle of the table. My wife is Chinese, and we usually get friendlierservice from Chinese -- not worse. He never offered us chop sticks. The food was horrible! Americanized versions with lots ofadded sugar. We ordered pork fried egg rolls as an appetizer. It was a sausage link wrapped in a weird shell. I ordered sesamebeef, but received tough orange beef with a sparse sprinkling of sesame seeds. All we could taste was orange sauce. The beefnoodle dish my wife ordered had no flavor at all. Compared to other Chinese restaurants, the price was higher, and we receivedabout half the quantity. We definitely will not return. Read more

Amazing place, great staff, cozy venue, way worth the price. Food was super fresh, delicious, wholesome, and shockingly out to... the table fast. Egg drop soup was great, and portions for the entree were perfect. My drink was always topped off before I eventhought about needing more. Staff are friendly and could teach the rest of the world a thing or two about customer service. Willbe back often for the lunch menu and occasionally for dinner as well. What a great meal it was.
