Placed an order at 7:50. Says they close at 9:00. Order just gets cancelled without any phone call or message. Arrive at the... restaurant and they are closed. Get your mediocre bbq elsewhere. They have a nonsense order tracker my order was supposedlybeing ?certified by a bbq pit master? when it was actually being cancelled without telling anyone. Read more
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THE WINGBOSS WEBSITE. One star review and never even stepped foot in the restaurant. I am not the... type to write poor reviews, as I myself work in customer service, management, and have had experience in the service industry aswell. I have come to understand that no restaurant runs perfectly, but have also come to know the ones that genuinely care abouttheir customers as well as their satisfaction with service. I (tried to) place an online order of wings to be delivered to methrough the wing boss website. Got all the way through my order, input my payment, and came up with an error multiple times whentrying to process. I called the restaurant to see why this was happening, and she let me know that they do not offer deliverythrough their restaurant, and that I would have to order through a third party website. 30 piece wing combo on DoorDash was$85?. no thanks. First sense of frustration here- why advertise delivery, and give people the option to create a delivery order,if you don?t actually offer delivery? But, to each their own, figured I would order elsewhere. Went to place another order atan entirely different restaurant, and come to find that my card was charged $65, (although original delivery order was $52), forthe order of wings that would never arrive. I think any rational person at this point would have gone from frustrated to a bitupset. However I figured it would be a quick and easy fixed. So I called back. Again, I work in customer service so I know thereis a total and blatant disregard sometimes to the fact that some issues cannot be solved right away; however I felt that thisstore could care less that I was dealing with an issue, and that it?d be best for me to figure it out on my own. Had some issues with payment, but the food here is so damn good. Robert is an awesome guy, Without hesitation or a fuss he fixed... the issue I had and he made our food the night before and it was some of the best dickeys I've had to date. 5 stars on food and6 on service. When we stopped in after work today, we were greeted at the door and kindly notified the location was closed as they were... preparing for a major event. They still welcomed us in and prepared a couple of sandwiches and brisket cheese fries! It was alldelicious and we're so thankful they did that for us! Read more
Not really pleased. I picked dickys up for my clients. I ordered online. When I got back to their house and started cutting up... the baked potato for my client, I noticed the end was rotten. I called dickys and all they could say was they?re sorry. Myclients paid for their food to be fresh, not rotten. I would?ve liked for my client to receive a refund for her baked potatothat was 1/4 rotten but all I received was a sorry. Read more
Food was good but quantity was small for the price. I was disappointed to see the staff not following the mask mandate for... Colorado. They also seemed disorganized trying to keep up with phone orders, walk ins and drive thru. Read more
