10:50 am only vehicle in drive-true several minutes before order is taken. Waited over 15 minutes at window for a cheese burger... and fries while vehicles staking up behind me. Appears they need a manager that can step up the service . They didn't even saysorry for the looooong wait. For 12.75 I can go to Doug's Diner for less cost , great fast service and food. Read more

Food was great and the girl at the window was very polite! I haven't had Freddy's in years but figured i's drop by this new... store as it is down the road from my home. Everything was great. Only complaint was the wait time which I know is no fault ofthe restaurant (staffing is nearly impossible in this area). I see a ton of complaints on here on the price which makes methink these people only eat at McDonalds or haven't gone out to eat in years. Want to pay more? I've given this place three different chances to make me a happy customer, but each attempt has failed. Tonight was the final... straw for me. We waited 36 minutes in the drive-through and paid $28 for two entree sandwiches and two sides. The food waslukewarm and the cheese curds that I paid $5 for had 10 very small pieces, not even filling up the container 1/4 of the way. Thesize of the chicken was less than the size of the buns on both sandwiches. This is the most recent of 3 similar experiences. Iwill not return. We had the most wonderful dining experience. The burgers were fresh and juicy. The service was fantastic! Jesus the manager came... by and greeted us personally and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I like to eat keto. I got mine bunless andthey were fantastic & full of veggies. The food is usually pretty good though they are very slow, even when no one else is around. Most of their employees are very... friendly but there are a few that have a lot of attitude and not the most professional. They have also messed up my orderseveral times. Actually, negative 5 stars is what we're rating Freddy's. We just drove thru and our 1st surprise was the price. An unbelievable... $28 for what? The meat is very dry and cold, but the bun is sogged out. The fries are stale and cold. But best of all is theshake. There was a hole at the bottom of the cup and my shake was running out. When my husband eventually was able to get itinto a different container and rinsed the cup, water literally ran out the bottom. This makes Wendy's look good...and I hateWendy's. We won't be back.
