Barely acceptable. 50% of the time they get my order right. The rest of the time, I'm getting a NYC bagel with no salmon on it.... Got a sandwich today that was completely soaked in grease and a large specialty latte that was half full. I paid almost $18 forthis, including tip. The food is good when it's done right and the servers are always friendly but very often I'm disappointedby what I pay for. If you can find another bagel sandwich place, go there instead. Read more
Walked in for a coffee while I waited. A coffee was suggested- for me - a blended snickerdoodle which was delicious!! I also had... a pumpkin bagel bite with pumpkin icing which I was shocked at how great it was! The staff was very friendly and took the timeto talk to me and not rush me. We're there to pick up 10 dozen bagels of different varieties for our church. Bagels were fresh, smelled great, we're packaged... and waiting for us at 7 am, and we're brought out and loaded into our vehicle by the staff at Gib's. A truly fabulousexperience!!! Read more
I really liked the egg salad on everything I had yesterday at the Windsor Gibs. My kids found the pizza bagel on Parmesan to be... so so. The reason for the 3 star review is that I ordered in store at 1130 exactly and received my 4 bagels at 1205! It wasn?tsuper busy, so it was pretty irritating waiting almost 40 minutes for two pizza bagels and two egg salad bagels. When I think ofbagels, I think of fast breakfast or lunch, I can?t imagine trying to get lunch here on a work day. Bummer! Read more

I don?t know why this place can?t get it together. I keep hoping it?ll be better the next time but it never is. Today I ordered... lox and cream cheese on a poppy seed bagel, do you see any salmon on there because I don?t! Seriously if you?re gonna callyourself ?N.Y. bagels? then represent yourselves better, you?re doing an injustice to the real bagels of New York (which btwwould?ve had at least 4 oz of salmon on my order)?what a waste of an extra $5, thanks a million. Also, just take our card andput it in your little machine it?s much easier than waiting for us to try and get it in the slot at the drive thru window.
