This place showed up on Google. I decided to try it. The reviews looked promising. The service wasn't great. We had about six or... seven girls serving us and I never got a refill on my drink. They also showed up with the wrong food at first. The food was evenworse than the service. The dressing for the salad was salty. Spaghetti pasta was overcooked and the sauce was salty andwatered-down. I can't stress this enough...how salty the food was. If you want decent quality food avoid this place like theplague. Read more

We have been going to Roma's since moving to Winsor in 2016. We left a neighboring Italian restaurant due to bad quality to go... to Roma's previously. However, this will be my last time dining at Roma's. The service was spotty at best, the waitress andhostess' were very rude. But most of all the price increases and fees now associated with the food were the most disappointing. We asked for a substitution of ranch for pizza sauce with a Carolli, and were charged $1.75 for a "side" of ranch. There wasalso a sign on the door stating a 5% fee would be charged. As someone who works in the oil and gas industry, I fully understandthe impact of the fuel costs, but at a restaurant to be charged, essentially, a fuel charge is insane! We also were charged a 2%credit card fee, in which we were not notified. Again, as a working person, I understand having fees, but never have I seen arestaurant charge for using a credit card! The prices of all the food as also increased for the same(or less) amount of food.Very disappointing in the cost for 3 people. Unfortunately, will not be returning. Read more

This place has always been my go-to for Italian in Windsor. It's tasty every time, and there's lots of options. Good value for... the price too, I always have enough to take home to enjoy the next day. Service can be slow sometimes but I understand thatthere are staffing shortages. Read more

Tried this place out with the family. It is tucked away in a strip mall off of the main street through town. Place was a little... busy which is usually a good thing. We were seated quickly and the staff was fairly nice although a bit hurried which I suspectmay have staff shortage like many restaurants lately. A decent number of options but we tried the following for ourdinner. Family salad - this was just ok but would have been better with some more of the toppings and aox of lettuce instead ofstraight iceberg. We did like the dressing came on the side to allow you to dress your own. Meatball sliders - the meatballswere a good size but for our tastes there needed to be a bit more seasoning in the meatballs and the accompanying sauce. Cheeseravioli - the raviolis we're a good size with a good amount of filling but the sauce needed a bit more seasoning and can't sayI've had ravioli with spaghetti as was done here. The accompanying bread could have done with some garlic. Hot house pizza - thecrust was nicely done (crispy and not soggy) and definitely a good amount of toppings but it was lacking the heat we expectedfrom its name and some of the toppings. Overall a decent hometown place with friendly staff. Read more

I though this place would be amazing because of all the reviews I saw, but no. This place to me personally was horrible. I... called to place a order, I was rushed throw my call on what food I wanted. Then for a spaghetti, a cowzone and the lasagna, itwas $56.12. It was so small of a spaghetti and a lasagna both gross and the cowzone was alright. Very disappointing to see greatview and then to review myself and try it very disappointing. Read more

My family had Roma for the second time tonight with two large pizzas (Margherita and pepperoni/sausage) and this experience was... much better than the first. The toppings did not fall off and the crust, while still needed flavor, was baked well. We all sattogether and had a nice dinner. While I was disappointed that there wasn?t appropriate follow up when I reached out and gavefeedback initially, I really appreciated your kindness and care with me tonight.
