Horrible service. Host was on his phone when we walked in, had to get his attention to seat us. Waitress never came over after I... repeatedly got up and asked. Finally after 20 mins waitress showed up, to help people who walked in after us. Mind you we werethe only ones in the restaurant. We walked out and gave our business to Moe's right next door and had our food within minutes.Recommend Moe's when BWW fails you. They are right next door. And no I don't want to complete your stupid survey so you can makeit better... if you scroll down and read other 1 star reviews everyone has the same issue, seems it's not getting better boss. Ordered online and my order was doubled. Called the location and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and said I would get the... money back in my account in 2 days. So that is 5 star service. The food was absolutely horrible. Got the cauliflower bites andthe brisket tacos and chips and salsa and everything was un edible. Burnt. Tasted like very old oil and just awful. Had to throweverything out and downed a bottle of pepto. Never again!!! Read more
I arrived with my family at 2:37 pm. The server did not take our order until 3:11 pm. I walked over to the hostess and was told... the server was currently dealing with a ?difficult customer?. Not only was the information false but also not the mostappropriate information to inform a customer. The server finally made it to over to our table to take our order. Upon arrival,the server stated ?I was busy answering a lot of question guys. Very busy for football but staff not all that attentive. Forgot about us for a bit. Took us awhile to cash out 45 min to be... exact. We had to get up and find a random server to cash out. But food was good! Read more
Visited the Windsor Locks BWW with my daughter while waiting for my wife's delayed flight to arrive at Bradley International.... Food was out quickly and tasted as expected. Service was good. My daughter tried the new Bird Dawgs (chicken tender in a hotdog bun). She got the Honey BBQ version and gave it rave reviews. They come as an order of 2 and will definitely fill you up. Read more
The food has improved a lot. A few years back the food quality had deteriorated but has picked ip now. Love the wings especially... the boneless ones and the cauliflower wings. Earlier there used to be less of chicken and more of the flour payer but now itsperfect. Read more
The service here is always amazing and local beers are tasty. The black bean burger is sort of the only thing I can eat here... being vegetarian and it's the most delicious black bean patty I have ever had. The fries are delicious too. Read more
Bad experience waste of money and time. Quality and preparation of food wasn?t good, items were also missing from our order. All... our fries were cold and tasted like they were made hours ago, re-heated, and got cold again. Idk how we asked for the bonelesswings to be tossed in bbq yet the bbq is so dry almost like dry rub bc they used so little sauce like they ran out or somethingand they were also hard. Had to drive all the way back to get the items they missed no one offered anything for theinconvenience of going back and wasting gas and letting the rest of the food get colder and colder. There was no offer I had toask, and the manager wasn?t very helpful even tried to downplay the order, then ended up saying he can give me a 5$ gift card.For what?
