i went there this morning for a egg n cheese english muffin n vanilla bean coolata with whipped cream n three shots of hazelnut... (i order this regularly) i ordered at 9:58 am about 4-5 ppl came in after me n all got their orders before i did they even allspoke up for me telling the staff i had been waiting for longer than them. i finally get my sandwhich after 10 minutes ofwaiting but still waited 15 more minutes for my coolata the girl on drinks was making every other drink accept mine. it wasn?tuntil someone asked me wat i was waiting for that my drink was finally made. i waited a total of 25 minutes for my order Read more

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Connecticut by a mile. This place is terrible. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru... to get an iced coffee - when I finally get it they made it wrong. I understand drive-thru's get busy - I understand a lot ofplaces are short-staffed right now. That wasn't the problem. There were no customers inside - there were 4 employees workingdrive-thru and it took over half an hour to get the wrong order. Terrible management. Read more
Leaving a single worker to close a fast food location such as this one is premeditated torture. At least close the shop with two... workers for the final hours it is open. Management needs to work harder for the people that are serving day in and day out! Itsbad enough they get talked down on by 80% of the customers. Help your team grow. This Dunkin' donuts can be a little bit slow and they messed up my drinks when I was there but ended up fixing them. Staff seems... friendly and you get better service if you go in the morning rather than the afternoon. Read more
The worst Dunkin in my area. Also the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. It?s literally the closest one to me & I?ll still drive to... the next one over because it?s just THAT bad. Awful, awful service. Ordered ahead by 15 minutes on mobilefor two drinks and told the staff about my order when I arrived.... Received my order 40 minutes later after speaking to two other employees in the store. I had to remind them of what one of thedrinks was, which isn't a big deal, but it was obvious there was little attention being paid. We did have someone elseeventually apologize for the delay, which was nice. I hate being *that* person and normally give a lot of leeway to foodservice having worked in the environment before, but this has to be in the top five worst restaurant experiences I've had. Read more
