Worst dunkin ever . Everytime I go I have to wait a RIDICULOUS time. The workers never acknowledge you. The line takes so long.... They literally stand there and watch you wait while they continue to talk, most unprofessional employees I have ever came acrossin my entire life not even one person acknowledged me. They just stand there and keep chatting and walked past you as if theydon?t see you. And it?s never even packed Or anyone in front of you in the drive-through . This is not the first time. Read more
This may be the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I live in the area so I have been here many times. They are unbelievably slow... and frequently get orders wrong. There are other Dunkins close by that are great. Just drive the extra few minutes and go to oneof those. It will usually save you time. Read more
I order a hot tea and get a cup of hot milk....go back to rectify it and there r cones in drive thru. This place is a disgrace
Just about the slowest service at a DD that I have ever experienced. Customers in line in front of me left because it was so... slow. Some of the equipment didn?t work right and they were only taking credit cards no cash. Read more
When a customer asks for decaf, it?s usually for a good reason. I know I didn?t actually get decaf despite it being written on... the side, because I ended up with chest pain and a high heart rate and I?m currently up writing this review instead of sleeping.My 92 year old grandfather who survived a triple bypass likes his Dunkin decaf, but fortunately he lives elsewhere because amistake like this could be dangerous for him. The 1 star is because I needed to write the review. Overall I like Dunkin Donuts but this particular location lacks customer... service, the wait is very long just to get even 1 item. The workers spend most of their time talking. Today I was served by aperson with dirty fingernails and I got a dirty cup to go with my tea. CLEANLINESS IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN HANDLING FOOD. Read more
They genuinely are the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. I work nearby so I like to grab coffee on my way in. Half the... time I go to the drive through they just take forever and the other half of the time they just don?t acknowledge the fact you inthe drive thru. Whenever they don?t answer the driver thru window and I have to go inside, they are literally doing nothing.Wendy was the best there and she?s hardly there anymore. DD was my first job and I know how hectic it can get but this crew justsimply does not want to work. Read more
