Don't let the bar part scare you off. It is separate from the restaurant so you can bring children and sit down and eat in a... quiet family environment. They deliver locally and are a friendly family business. If you're looking for a laid back local barscene, this seems to be the place where people gather after work. Read more

Ordered for the first (and last) time last night. Food delivery was 45 minutes late. Tried calling the restaurant several times... during that 45 minutes, just a constant busy signal. The food finally arrived and was extremely disappointing, even more soconsidering the lateness of arrival. Buffalo Tenders were dry inside and cold and not even sauced, the buffalo sauce was on theside. I had a small garden salad, the lettuce was very wet and had not been dried in a salad spinner. The lettuce was so wetthat the salad dressing kept sliding off. Creamy Italian dressing was also clearly diluted with water as it was not thick andvery runny. The pizza was also dry with very little sauce and was also cold. I am wondering about the delivery driver not doingtheir job properly because they were 45 minutes late AND all the food was cold. As a Windsor Resident I want to support Windsorbusiness and not corporate, but never again with Giovanni's will stick to Pizzarama and Tunxis Grille. Read more

I went there yesterday to order two grinders. Not only are the grinders pricey but being that we were in a rush to get back home... which was a hr away we gave a tip. We had no time to settle down and eat so we ate are grinders late which is when we openedthem. When we opened them they had no lettuce no tomato. Not much meat or cheese. I'm 4 months pregnant with twins and alreadywas tired and was anxious for my grinder and that was so disappointing. My husband to go out and buy lettuce and tomatoes to addto our sandwich. When I called the restaurant they gonna tell me you have to ask for lettuce and tomatoes being this is anITALIAN restaurant never have I been to a restaurant like this and have to ask for lettuce and tomato. They gonna say noteveryone want that. But as advertised on the menu it says come with cheese lettuce and tomato even online the option is to sayNO lettuce and NO tomato. Which annoyed me was I never got an apology just it doesn't come with that but it's like you reallytrying to argue with me and both menu and online say the food come like that. They say they gonna give me a refund I better seeit didn't even deserve no tip never will I go back just rude people. Read more

The food is...okay. Not worth writing home about but fills a need. Service though is severely lacking. Example - tonight I... ordered online, no issues there. But only have the food showed up. I've been calling for about 20 minutes and just keep gettinga Verizon wireless busy message. Because they use Slice I attempted to get the issue corrected through Slice who were Alsounable to reach anyone at the shop. Because the shop wouldn't answer I couldn't get my food OR a refund on the food that didn'tarrive. I know my refusal to order form them again won't put a damper on their actions or their wallet but - may it serve as awarning to others in the Windsor area. Read more

All I can say is...check the reviews! Food lacked any flare or taste, pasta over cooked, service awful. Called the management... over molded dressing only to get "that's never happened before" and "sorry". Very disappointed and would never eat here again.Should have surely used my own judgement after seeing the fly light neat customer seating and the glade spray device when whatyour customers should be smelling is the Italian loveliness coming from the kitchen. Not very Satisfied. They have given burnt food. Pizza was good but size is too small.

It’s okay. Frech fries color were blackish yellow & not whiteish - which tells you the oil is not super fresh! Chicken buffalo... pizza - Average. Chicken Gyro - really liked this excpet the fact there were 2 pieces of burned chicken which was wrapped insidesurprisingly. Fish & Chips - Decent (Again - quality of oil is definitely questionable).
