It's hard for a McDonald's visit to go wrong but this location blew my request for soda water that was part of my order. When I... went back in to exchange the tap water they had given for what I had actually ordered, the manager didn't seem to know what Iwas talking about, and was too busy (literally) to care. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's food, but we had an emergency on the highway and had to pull off to get children something for... their bellies. I've never in my life had chicken nuggets as hot as this without requesting them fresh prior to my order. Thiswas awesome. I wish all McDonald's food was served as fresh as this. Everything in the order was cooked perfect. They had aspecial advertised for a 20-piece nugget and fries for $10, add a soda for another dollar. I NEVER SEE DEALS LIKE THAT LOCALLY,needless to say, my wallet was happy and the kids were happy. The person whontook the order took forever to come to the mic. They finished the order in a way that seemed confused. Then the... person who took the money told me to tell the person at the service window which order I was because they were confused and hadsome computer issue, allegedly. It took quite a while to get to the next step, as the woman in front of me was given the wrongfood and then challenged the price. The server decided to call her a bitxh and they fought loudly for several minutes. Luckily,our order was correct, but my kids learned a lot of bad words and behavior. Read more

Seeing the long drive thru line driving by to drop someone off nearby and wait awhile, I thought I would pass. But, as time... passed, I wanted at least a cup of coffee as it was early in the morning and drove back. Medium line now but noted it was movingquickly. I have to credit the workers here for having that much business and making it run that well. My large coffee andsausage egg burrito were hot and fresh. Being that I do 24hr roadside assistance, I badly needed a coffee. I drove 25 minutes to this location because it says they... close at 4am only for one of the employees to very rudely inform me they?re closing early. And then ignore me when I said all Ineeded was a cup of coffee. Do your employees take a customer service course before hire? Read more
I ordered two happy meals for my kids. Inside one of them there was a piece of chicken leg all chewed up. It was so disgusting... and disturbing to see. I ended up going back to the store and asked to speak to manger, manger was laughing the whole time andhiding. I had to ask several times who is the manager before she finally said it was me.
