Will never go back. I placed a online order. It said it is supposed to be ready at 5:30. I walked in at 5:30 wait 10 minutes for... the guy to walk back from the back. Then told me they only have Italian bread. This is not the first time I have had issues.Then he messed up my orders and put cheese on my wife?s sandwich which she is allergic to. Unbelievable. The wonderful girl - I am so bad with names, but she was recently named manager. She is such a hard worker, and I love talking... to her every time I come in! I ordered ahead of time today, and was happy she was there, but sad I couldn't talk to her asmuch! There were a few times in the past, I wanted to punch some of the employees in the face because they were rude. For noreason. I walked up at 9 p.m. and was told by the manager that I had to wait 10 minutes while she filled out paperwork before she could... make me a sandwich. All she had to do was sit down her paperwork and make me a sandwich. So simple! Last time I go there. Read more
Employee turnover seems high; we rarely see the same person more than twice. Customer service is hit-or-miss. The sandwiches are... made correctly if you keep a close eye on the process and the items we want are rarely out of stock. The veggies are decent. Read more
Twice I've been here. Twice my order has had something wrong with it. The girl didn't seem to be happy to be doing my order. How... does extra mayo change to no mayo? I found out when I got back home. I'm an older white man. Maybe that had nothing to do withit but when the clerk looks at you like they're just barely tolerating your presence, it sure feels like it.
