8:35pm don't close until 10pm out of most sides, egg grill is off. Same thing everytime we come to this Bojangles even midday.

While the service was pretty fast and efficient, and our chicken was tasty, the glass where you see the food trays needed to be... cleaned. It was not too appetizing to see streaks of whatever while waiting for our order. (See photo #3) They were all alsoout of honey mustard sauce. Read more

Place has been slow in the past but on this occasion, they were very efficient. Order to receiving food was less than 5... minutes. Staff at window was nice and I had no overall concerns. Update: July 2022 - Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a large order/meal box. I decided to go in and order to avoid holding up the drive thru line. The store was cleanand tidy and so no concerns there. Staff taking order was difficult to hear and while filling the order, they didn't seem to bein any hurry. Food seemed to be fresh even though it was to go. Overall, it took a while to get the food but the service wasnot horrible. Read more
I hate to say this but this place has gotten way to big for their britches, being one of two drive through restaurants in... Windsor has affected their customer service attitude. For the 5th time my wife has gone to pick up dinner only to be told thereis no chicken. How can a chicken place be out of chicken? I am sure at 7:00pm on a Friday night that the place had chicken. Notgoing back to this location, I will be asking the city to hear my complaints and consider adding a new restaurant that gives aflip about customer service. Read more
We left without food...My family was on a long car ride and after 3.5 hours we decided to stop for dinner and bathroom brake. We... went to the bathrooms first which the women's had no toliet paper and trash all over the floor. We still wanted food but when weordered the 12 piece family meal we were told it would be a 25 minute wait. This was at 5pm. She said they only had dark meat sowe asked if we could just make the meal with that since waiting with my mother in law, husband, 6 year old, 1 year old, and adog sounded horrible. The manager came over and said no, that he could sell us six 2 piece meals but we'd have to wait for a 12piece meal. He said if he made the dark chicken into a family set, there would not be enough chicken for other guests. Needlessto say we left without food. Read more
