This place use to be one of the better McDonald?s but has gone downhill since covid. I use to go here weekly for an iced coffee... or a quick snack but stopped after they stopped offering curbside pick up before 11am. The drive thru is always backed up to theroad because they only have one lane available and their dining room is often closed. They posted their hours for exhibitionweekend, saying the dining room was available so we walked over only to find the dining room was in fact closed, I?m sure theylost a TON of business. Curb side pickup also wasn?t available and the 1 lane drive thru was a nightmare, I?m SHOCKED therewasn?t multiple accidents in that parking lot. Some serious changes need to be made to get this place up and running properlyagain. In its current state this McDonald?s location just isn?t worth the hassle and long wait times. Read more
Very disappointing! the lobby was closed, so waited in line, to get take out- and it was cold and you could tell it was... re-heated. I understand that staff is short but if you're going to only have the drive-thru open make it worth people's whileto wait almost a half hour for your dinner. Read more
They really need more staff here. The people they do have are plenty nice and helpful but the drive through line is ridiculous.... The coffee in the evening is hit or miss too; morning crew has been more consistent. Read more
Convenient McDonald?s location right off the highway. Parking lot can get super busy when there are loads of car waiting at the... drive thru. Inside, it is clean and spacious and there are electronic menu boards for ordering your food. Quick service andclean washroom. Read more
One of the better McDonald's I've been to. Located just off the highway in Windsor. The restaurant is always kept very clean,... and the staff are always friendly, quick, and helpful. The bathroom was a bit messy the last time I visited. Drive through isfairly quick too. All in all, a great quick McDonalds Read more

If I could leave zero Stars I would it has been nothing but poor service here for the past 6 months staff not knowing what their... prices are being overcharged food just being blatantly wrong and missing items you need to train and pay your staff properly.Constantly being overcharged for simple things like the Dollar drink promotion. Being told when asked why there's no ice in mydrink "we don't do ice on weekends" and for the love of God update your drive through hours on Google if you're not open 24hours mark it as such. This McDonald's used to be probably one of the best I ever have been to I don't know if it's managementor ownership but it is gone so downhill and COVID STILL being used as an excuse. Read more
We ate inside the young man at the cash was great . Very friendly and polite. Keep up the great service.
