Amazing product. I've only made the butter chicken but it was phenomenal. I can't wait to try the vindaloo.
We had Shivani come for my hubby?s birthday to teach us how to cook a traditional Indian Street food recipe. The food was... delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed this experience!! Shivani was patient and the clean-up was most welcome, nice to cook andnot clean up!! ;). Thanks Shivani and Gaff (sp?). Still waiting for the email with recipes - looking forward to it!! Read more
Shivani was a welcoming hostess and fabulous teacher at the recent cooking class I took with her. She is fun, friendly and full... of amazing information about the Curry dishes and the ingredients we were using. I loved that she referenced her Mother'steachings a lot. Very authentic. Today , i have ordered butter naan with paneer butter masala. But there was no butter on the naans and it tastes very bad with... mud On it. Really, it was a very bad experience for me. It didnot taste like indian food at all. Never seen naan like this. Read more
