There's always way to much cream in the ice caps, but everything else is usually great ????

Little park across the street from Tim's with picnic tables and a great breeze.
Terrific location in downtown Windsor... Outdoor seating was nice, a children's play area close by and a nice walking trail...

Really nice dining area and clean. They also had excellent strawberry filled timbits. I would recommend this stop.
