Worst service ever. The lady taking the order in the drive thru is rude. I ordered two chicken noodle soup and the lady only... entered one. I had to repeat it more than 3 times for her to understand that I need 2 and not 1. When I went to the window topick up and pay for the order, the girl said I have to pay separately for both soups since it?s 2 separate orders. Makes nosense at all. They all need proper training!!! Some of the Nicest girls around. This is my Favorite Tim's, quick and easy transactions. There are so many People Complaining... about Customer Service but realistically these people are just Mad at Themselves and Life in General. We all know someone thatSips their Coffee and says "Needs another 1/8 of a Teaspoon of Sugar" lol what they need is a Diet, not another 1/8 of sugar????. Those people are just salty in life anyway so don't mind the Bad Reviews, the girls here are awesome. If you like Tim'sCoffee and Smiling Ladies in the Morning then this is your kind of place. The final nail in the coffin. I will never enter another Tim Hortons and they will never again be a recipient of my money. I... have had some bad experiences with other franchises at various times in my life, however today topped them all. Just stopped to used bathroom. It was a combination Tim Horton's and Needs in Windsor. Neither area was the cleanest. I am... not a Tim Horton coffee drinker and am a diabetic, so I can't even tell you if any thing was good. Read more
Morning staff doesn't show up regularly, store closes early because of lack of Staff some nights and best if all the dining area... is always closed so your forced to use the drive thru and when they get your order wrong and don't worry they will if you don'trealize before you pull away you have to go back in the 20min line up just to get the correct order Read more
