Very slow service (waiting for the employee) - no one was seen when we entered. Very very pricey for such small amounts! Even... with the current cost of ice cream in grocery stores two tiny kids bowls could have bought a premium 1.5L - 2L container in agrocery store, $5 for the smallest of small scoops is a bit much. My 2.5 year old son had the chocolate ice cream and once he was finished with it, my wife and I tried it and it tasted terrible.... Our son ended up puking the entire night and had to keep him home from daycare which we still had to pay for. My wife called thestore and they told us that we weren't the only ones who complained about it. All they did for us was give us $15 back. Prettysad considering what we had to go through with our son. I just can't believe the extreme high prices for sucha small portion. Truly ridiculous. Onto of that the employees seem to be... like zombies. They just stare and not say anything back when you ask a question. Pathetic Read more
I have visited your location twice in the last two weeks both times your delivery truck has caused a very dangerous situation.... The truck barely pulls out if the main traffic area of the plazza. With the way the truck parks out hard to see oncoming trafficas you leave from the back of Toco Bell. This is going to cause a serious card accident. This is a large plazza there is noreason for the truck to park right on the corner in traffic there are large open areas where the truck could unload. BaskinRobbins please ask your driver's not to be lazzy and use some common sense. Read more
My kids love going to Baskin Robbins for ice cream. Their ice cream is one of the better ones I tried.
Moldy waffle cones. Be careful, I bought a waffle cone but the texture and taste was weird. I checked inside and seems like... there was mold in there. I called the manager and she did not want to give me a refund for the cone. She said that the icecream was fine so come by tomorrow for a free cone. What am I going to do with a free cone? I will be doing my businesselsewhere. Also in occasions, i did notice that the workers do not wear gloves when handling your ice cream. Read more

Saw alot of negative comments but decided to try it anyways. I would say the cost is for sure pricy. But the experience was for... sure worth it. The ice cream is fantastic, probably some of the best ice cream I have ever had! The staff member I ran into wasnothing but cheerful and kind, made the experience way better! I came in to check the price on products with no intention ofbuying anything the staff member was so kind, I bought ice cream anyways. Great experience ????
