Went to the store and order ripped berry and asked to substitute the yogurt for strawberry sorbet. Was told that its an... additional charge. When I made inquiries about this from other stores, they mentioned this is not supposed to happen. Calledthe store and spoke to the manager. He mentioned he thought I wanted extra fruit when I Clearly said I wanted to substituteyogurt for sorbet. Mentioned he cant give a refund, but mentioned if I come to the store, they will make another one since theyadded more fruit, instead of adding sorbet, which I did not know. Please listen to your customers. You as manager made amistake, you should own up to it. It's a principle. I didn't want another shake. I do not live in Windsor and I'm long gone fromthe store.
