Went to the store and order ripped berry and asked to substitute the yogurt for strawberry sorbet. Was told that its an... additional charge. When I made inquiries about this from other stores, they mentioned this is not supposed to happen. Calledthe store and spoke to the manager. He mentioned he thought I wanted extra fruit when I Clearly said I wanted to substituteyogurt for sorbet. Mentioned he cant give a refund, but mentioned if I come to the store, they will make another one since theyadded more fruit, instead of adding sorbet, which I did not know. Please listen to your customers. You as manager made amistake, you should own up to it. It's a principle. I didn't want another shake. I do not live in Windsor and I'm long gone fromthe store. I love me some Booster Juice. The smoothy I got yesterday tasted like an orange creamsicle!! The guy is always so friendly too.

The customer service experience at this Booster Juice location is phenomenal. Monica is one of the best food service staff... people I have ever encountered. She is friendly and fast. She also makes the best Smoothies in her own store or any others thatI have ever been to. Pro Tip: Monica makes amazing off menu concoctions. Get her to make you a Monberry the next time you arein. Ordered lemon and ginger shot and salary juice both were very good, I recommend you to get those if your detoxing.
