The Boston Pizza on Walker Road, Windsor hosted our U11 and U13 girls hockey teams and their families for dinner this weekend... while we were visiting for a hockey tournament. Reservations were made ahead of time for 60 people. Upon our arrival, ourseating was organized and our servers happily welcomed us. Thank you Nicki and Chloe for providing exceptional service that wasnot only attentive but also kind and efficient. We came in for dinner, myself and my three kids. Madelynn was our server and she is honestly one of the best we've ever had at... any restaurant. She allowed the kids to ask her questions about the menu and answered them kindly, anticipated our needs beforewe even had to ask and ensured the youngest two got their meals with the apps. The food was great, it came out exactly asexpected and piping hot. Phenomenal experience, the manager on shift was also delightful. 10/10 will come back. Read more
Food was good but didn't make up enough for the horrible service. Ordered app but was served after i got the pizza and when... asked server about it she said sometimes app and pizza take same amount of time to cook. I ordered the app before I ordered thepizza so I got a cold app with a hot pizza. I should NOT have been charged for that. Not to mention I had no plates to even eatwith. Was there any specials because I sure didn't hear anything about them. I expect better from you boston pizza. Premiumprices for cold food and poor service is unacceptable. Why did I even tip? Not very good service, the menu has changed....everything you have to order separate, maybe we got a new waitresses that it... didn't know much about the specials or the side dish...I ordered chicken parm that usually comes with pasta....not anymore, sheoffers salad and veggies....SO NO PASTA....So I asked for pasta an I got it 35 minutes leather when my family and friendsalready finished their dinner. So I got to enjoy my meal hot pasta and everything else could. I will probably not return to this location. Read more
