Bubi's is a televised classic. Been going here for a decade or more. This amazing restaurant has some of the best and most... affordable food in the city. If anyone from Bubi's is reading this, please, PLEASE, never go back to waffle fries or the double wedge fries. Regular cut... Dillon fries should be the standard side, with the option to get them plain. People who don't know what Dillon fries are mightmiss out on arguably the best thing on the menu. I stopped going once the waffle fries became the standard, but I just wentyesterday and the regular Dillon fries are exactly why I went so often years ago. The garlic sauce is still to die for.
